00 / KICK-OFF

Bring AI into everyday work
From real examples to working workflows

We will review the internal and external workflows developed so far, then explore how to turn workplace challenges into results that run reliably, can be measured and can be handed over.

01 / WHAT WE HAVE DONE

Workflows we have built so far

From internal efficiency to customer experience, AI agents are becoming part of real work.

INSIDE

Internal workflows

Make organizing, finding and routing information faster and more consistent.

  • Monthly reportingCompile recurring operational data, generate monthly reports and send them to designated recipients.
  • Mock interviewsPractice interviews for specific roles, with follow-up questions, feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Finance workflowsOrganize invoices and attachments, classify them, flag exceptions and route them to the right contact.
  • Reporting workflowsCombine systems, databases and Excel to generate recurring reports and management summaries.
OUTSIDE

External workflows

Let AI handle initial requests while people make the decisions that matter most.

  • AI sales assistantAnswer questions about products, prices, inventory and delivery, and understand customer requests in natural language.
  • Security scanningHelp review website or system vulnerabilities, organize scan results and suggest fixes.
  • Business developmentGather prospect information, organize needs and contact context, and help sales teams start conversations.
  • Websites and request collectionMaintain product information and FAQs, and organize customer requests for sales follow-up.

02 / OUR METHOD

From data and permissions to deployable automated workflows

We do not prescribe a fixed number of shadow-mode runs. We keep refining based on test results, data quality and actual execution until the workflow is stable enough.

  1. 01

Clarify data sources and obtain permissions

Confirm where the data lives, who owns it, the required access, and the boundaries for security and use.

  2. 02

Co-create an automated workflow with an agent

Explain work goals, rules and exceptions, then design an executable workflow together with the agent.

  3. 03

    Run in shadow mode first

Run without affecting production operations and compare AI outputs with the existing manual results.

  4. 04

    Collect test results and data

Review output quality, exceptions, human corrections and usage data to identify what needs adjustment.

  5. 05

    Refine the workflow continuously

Adjust prompts, rules, data and permissions after each test and run until the workflow reaches an acceptable state.

CONTINUOUS LOOPRun → Observe → Refine

Shadow mode has no fixed number of successful runs. Assess deployment when results are stable, risks are controlled and users are comfortable proceeding.

03 / WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

What participants need to know

Know what to prepare, what support is available and how deployment readiness will be assessed.

01

Bring a real challenge

Choose an everyday process that is repetitive, time-consuming or prone to errors.

02

Find a partner

Team up across departments and identify the users and the people who understand the process and data.

03

Support throughout the process

We meet every Tuesday, with additional appointments available to accelerate progress. We provide advice, resources and help with development obstacles so teams can deploy and use their workflows.

04

What to watch in shadow mode

Compare AI and manual results, exceptions and user feedback, and keep refining the workflow.

05

When can it go live?

Assess deployment when quality is stable, risks are controlled, permissions are clear and users are comfortable proceeding.
